Requirements

• Ability to develop AI-powered solutions and streamline operations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Amazon Connect and Service Cloud Voice.
• Knowledge of predictive analytics and conversational AI.
• Salesforce certifications related to Solution Architecture.
