About the Role
We are hiring a Remote Sales Operations Manager to join Inspira Education, one of the fastest-growing edtech startups in the US. As a Remote Sales Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in empowering our sales team with the tools, training, processes, and insights they need to succeed. This position is vital for ensuring our sellers maximize productivity, improve win rates, and deliver consistent messaging to prospects and customers.
What You'll Do
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring they are well-equipped to start their journey.
- Create ongoing training, certifications, and workshops to upskill sales representatives and enhance their effectiveness.
- Conduct call reviews, coaching sessions, and feedback loops to continuously improve sales effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, scripts, and competitive battle cards to support the sales team.
- Partner with marketing and product teams to create and update sales collateral, including presentations, one-pagers, and case studies.
- Ensure that sales representatives have access to the latest tools and resources to facilitate their success.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights that drive strategic decisions and improve overall sales performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field, with a proven track record of supporting sales teams.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with sales data analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and mentor others.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
