Remote Retail Manager - Lead Multi-Store Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Retail Manager to lead operations across multiple Midco Stores. In this role, you will drive sales results, enhance customer satisfaction, and support team performance. You will set operational objectives, streamline processes, and utilize data to guide decisions that impact store success.

What You'll Do

• Oversee operations at multiple Midco Stores, providing leadership to team members.
• Direct sales initiatives and ensure the achievement of results.
• Assist customers within the retail environment at Midco Stores.
• Establish daily, weekly, and monthly objectives aligned with departmental standards.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing customer awareness and loyalty.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen retention efforts.
• Provide training and coaching to team members on best practices.
• Prepare daily, monthly, and yearly reports promptly and accurately.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of retail sales experience.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail or mobile setting is preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel as needed and maintain a safe driving record.
