What You'll Do

  • Provide "white-glove" service to candidates by sending personalized pre-interview information and managing LinkedIn outreach.
  • Manage the lifecycle of take-home assignments, maintain candidate profiles in Ashby ATS, and ensure all candidate documents are accessible to those who need them.
  • Oversee recruiter calendars with precision, rearranging interviews on the fly to prioritize high-impact candidates and maximize our daily capacity.
  • Act as the point person for leadership’s urgent recruiting needs, whether it's updating compensation bands, posting new job requisitions, or coordinating the training/shadowing of new interviewers.
  • Anticipate the needs of the recruiting team, removing friction before it appears, and helping the team move faster, smarter, and more effectively.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a fast-growth startup or a high-volume agency environment is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to catch the small things that others miss.
  • Strong written communication skills that are clear, polished, and professional.
  • A proactive problem solver who is calm under pressure and comfortable navigating ambiguity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems, particularly Ashby.
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics and analytics.
  • Experience in a role that required high levels of organization and multitasking.
