Requirements
- Proven experience as a recruiter or sourcer, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and tools, including Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
