Remote Project Manager - Lead Cross-Functional Initiatives

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team at Prison Fellowship. In this role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives and manage projects that drive our mission forward. As a Remote Project Manager, you'll collaborate with various teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget while fostering a supportive environment.

What You'll Do

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery as a Remote Project Manager.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Utilize tools like Wrike and Smartsheet to manage project timelines and resources effectively.
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Implement best practices in project management and governance.
• Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new clients.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Remote Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion and Monday.com is advantageous.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in nonprofit project management.
• Sales experience or understanding of client relations.
• Knowledge of ADP Payroll and Concur Expense systems.
