About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to join our dynamic team focused on GBS Operations and Business Support. What You'll Do

• Oversee project management processes, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA to manage project workflows and track progress.
• Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor project KPIs and prepare reports to communicate progress and outcomes to senior management.
• Facilitate meetings to drive project discussions and resolve any issues that arise.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in project management tools, particularly JIRA and Microsoft 365.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on project metrics.

Nice to Have

• Experience in environmental analytical services or regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with marketing technologies such as HubSpot.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.).
