Remote Project Manager - EMEA Region

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Project Manager to lead our projects across the EMEA region. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they align with our strategic goals. As a Remote Project Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive project success in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution and delivery.
• Manage stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project status and performance.
• Utilize project management tools and methodologies, including Agile and SCRUM, to enhance project efficiency.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the project team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical environment.
• Proven experience in managing projects within the EMEA region.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and SCRUM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Office and Epicor ERP.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.

Nice to Have

• Experience in data center cooling systems or HVAC projects.
• Familiarity with finance and accounting principles.
• Knowledge of CRM platforms and IT infrastructure.
