About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Program Manager - Strategic Services to join our dynamic team. As a Remote Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our project management capabilities and driving success across multiple departments.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage strategic programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Utilize tools such as Smartsheet and HubSpot for project tracking and management.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with project execution, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to enhance collaboration and support.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status and outcomes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in client relationship management and vendor oversight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS or technology-related industries.
• Familiarity with change management principles.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
