About the Role

Anchorage Digital is seeking a Remote Product Manager to join our Core Experience team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in building secure, scalable, and robust solutions that form the essential backbone of our digital asset platform. As a Remote Product Manager, you will enable teams across the organization by providing them with robust authentication mechanisms and comprehensive access controls.

What You'll Do

• Drive the overall product strategy for critical systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of security and compliance.
• Own the detailed prioritization of your product’s roadmap, balancing new feature development and technical debt.
• Deliver complex, cross-functional projects with multiple dependencies, demonstrating strong product management skills.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Contribute strategic insights that significantly impact company direction and product roadmap.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant product management experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, adept at conveying complex concepts clearly.
• Experience in driving and managing complex projects across multiple teams.
• Empathy and adaptability to complement others’ working styles.
• Deep understanding of Anchorage's business model and strategic priorities.

Nice to Have

• Experience building financial or crypto products.
• Experience working in Core or Foundation teams within B2B SaaS products.
• Experience in highly regulated industries.
