About the Role

We are seeking a talented Remote Product Engineer to join our innovative team at Blackbird Health. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and enhancing our product offerings, focusing on full-stack development. As a Remote Product Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that improve mental health services through technology.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
• Work closely with product managers to define technical specifications and develop product roadmaps.
• Implement and optimize SQL databases for data management and analytics.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to quality assurance standards.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces that enhance customer experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.
• Engage in troubleshooting and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to apply best practices in software development.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in product engineering or software development.
• Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and Python.
• Experience with SQL and data management tools.
• Familiarity with mental health and telehealth services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving healthcare through technology.
