About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Product Data Analyst to join our mission at Big Health, where we aim to help millions return to good mental health through innovative digital therapeutics. As a Remote Product Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-informed product decisions and enhancing our data democratization efforts.

What You'll Do

  • Utilize SQL to query data in Snowflake and update data models in alignment with our current architecture.
  • Employ LookML to create new dimensions, measures, and dashboards in Looker, supporting various company initiatives.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses to understand user behavior, identify friction points, and uncover opportunities for product enhancement.
  • Present analytical findings to cross-functional teams, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
  • Build reports that provide stakeholders with visibility into user engagement, feature adoption, and clinical outcomes.
  • Support decision-making for A/B tests and experiments to validate product hypotheses.
  • Use DBT to build data models and integrate new data sources into Snowflake.
  • Maintain proactive communication with your supervisor and relevant stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product analytics or data analysis, preferably within a product-driven technology environment.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets in Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Familiarity with dbt or similar data transformation tools.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Python or R for statistical analysis.
  • Experience with BI visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
  • Solid understanding of statistical concepts including hypothesis testing and regression analysis.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with healthcare concepts and terminology.
  • Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with statistical rigor.
