Remote Pre Sales Engineer - Security Solutions

About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Pre Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team at Ajax Systems. As a leading manufacturer of security systems in Europe, Ajax Systems provides innovative solutions for protecting homes and businesses globally. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting our business development manager during customer meetings and technical seminars. This position offers you the chance to work with cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the security industry.

What You'll Do

• Assist the business development manager in technical discussions and presentations for customers.
• Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, and webinars to showcase Ajax Systems’ products.
• Present new products and features to distributors and installers, enhancing their understanding of our solutions.
• Provide technical training to staff at distributors and dealers to improve their product knowledge.
• Conduct market research and comparative analysis of competitor products to inform our strategies.
• Develop long-term relationships with key partners and clients, ensuring their needs are met.
• Participate in beta testing of new product features and contribute to technical documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales department to analyze customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role within alarm, video surveillance, access control, and home automation fields.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of intrusion systems, CCTV, fire detection systems, and access control solutions.
• Proven experience in the installation and/or design of security systems.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; public speaking experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes as needed.
• Proactive and outgoing personality with the ability to work independently.
