What You'll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain internal platforms that support application development, deployment, and runtime operations.
  • Build reusable infrastructure components, APIs, and tooling that enable teams to self-serve common needs, such as CI/CD pipelines and environment provisioning.
  • Develop platform services using infrastructure-as-code and software engineering best practices.
  • Manage networking, compute, storage, and identity systems that underpin production workloads.
  • Partner with application teams to understand pain points and reduce friction in the development lifecycle.
  • Create clear documentation, examples, and standards that help teams adopt platform capabilities effectively.
  • Embed reliability and security best practices into platform primitives by default.
  • Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to ensure platform stability and performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with software development and infrastructure management.
  • Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and tools.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of networking, compute, storage, and identity management systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively document and share knowledge.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the automotive industry or related fields.
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of security best practices in software development.
