About the Role
Included Health is seeking a Remote Mental Health Therapist to join our dedicated team of mental health clinicians. This role allows you to provide high-quality virtual care to patients across their healthcare journey, all from the comfort of your home. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will focus on patient care and documentation, while our Clinical Operations team manages the administrative tasks. What You'll Do
- Perform virtual remote counseling and psychotherapy sessions, providing compassionate care to patients.
- Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and compile patient medical data.
- Determine and implement effective behavioral health treatment plans.
- Evaluate results of mental health assessments and provide evidence-based therapeutic support.
- Conduct monthly chart reviews as part of our peer review QA process.
Requirements
- Must be clinically licensed in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, or LMFT.
- 2+ years of unsupervised psychotherapy treatment experience for LCSWs; 3+ years for LPCs, LMHCs, and LMFTs.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
- Ability to practice independently without ongoing clinical supervision.
- Experience with technology and understanding of digital tools and platforms.
Nice to Have
- Licensure in multiple states is highly valued.
- Experience in telehealth or virtual care settings.
- Knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial interventions.
