About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Member of Information & Security to join Anchorage Digital, a leading crypto platform that empowers institutions to engage with digital assets. As a member of our Global Information & Security Team, you will play a pivotal role in building and scaling a robust security program that safeguards our data and our clients' digital assets while adhering to regulatory requirements.

What You'll Do

  • Lead various information security projects, including cybersecurity risk assessments and the implementation of key internal controls.
  • Evaluate and manage risks to the company’s Information Security Program, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as NIST 800-53 and ISO 27001.
  • Develop and maintain reporting metrics that align with business needs and regulatory expectations.
  • Work cross-functionally to enhance the overall security posture of Anchorage Digital.
  • Mentor and guide team members in cybersecurity and cloud security best practices.

Requirements

  • Expertise in cybersecurity and IT risk management with a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, SOC 1/2, and cloud environments.
  • Excellent project management skills to navigate a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to communicate complex security concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  • 5+ years of experience in information security roles, with a focus on regulatory compliance.

  • Experience in start-up tech or fintech companies.
  • Background as an information systems auditor or consultant.
  • Passion for the evolving financial landscape, as evidenced by your interest in innovative financial systems.
