What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient therapy services through telehealth, ensuring a high standard of care.
- Utilize technology effectively for patient communication and documentation.
- Collaborate with clients to develop treatment plans and achieve their mental health goals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand client needs and tailor interventions accordingly.
- Maintain privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field and appropriate licensure.
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
- Experience with mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis.
- Comfortable using telehealth software and video communication tools.
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and self-motivation, essential for managing a caseload effectively while ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking in a remote work setting.
