What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality mental health therapy to patients through virtual sessions.

• Utilize a “no wrong door” treatment model to accept all patient referrals and provide compassionate care.
• Participate in care coordination and peer support initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid license to practice as a mental health therapist in Oregon.
• 2-5 years of experience in mental health therapy, preferably in a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of integrated behavioral health services and treatment models.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with patients effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of clients.
