What You'll Do

  • Assist customers with inquiries and issues related to our platform, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Provide support via multiple channels, including email, chat, and video calls, to address customer needs promptly.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Conduct training sessions for new users to help them understand the features and functionalities of our platform.
  • Document common issues and solutions to enhance our knowledge base and improve support processes.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or product support role, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively assist customers.
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
