What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day HR administration including payroll support and employee recordkeeping.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and benefits information.
- Track PTO via TimeOffCloud, monitor leave requests, and reconcile time-off balances.
- Partner with Operations and Leadership to maintain compliance and streamline communication.
- Elevate the employee experience by contributing to a culture that values partnership, service, and excellence.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with HR software and tools, including payroll systems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a remote work environment.
- Familiarity with TimeOffCloud or similar time-off tracking systems.
- Certification in HR management or related field.
