About the Role

We are seeking a Remote HR Administrator to join our dynamic team at Offshore Launch. As a key player in our organization, you will ensure that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently. This Remote HR Administrator position offers you the opportunity to impact the growth and success of small and medium-sized businesses while working in a people-first environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration including payroll support and employee recordkeeping.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and benefits information.
  • Track PTO via TimeOffCloud, monitor leave requests, and reconcile time-off balances.
  • Partner with Operations and Leadership to maintain compliance and streamline communication.
  • Elevate the employee experience by contributing to a culture that values partnership, service, and excellence.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an HR Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Experience with HR software and tools, including payroll systems.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a remote work environment.
  • Familiarity with TimeOffCloud or similar time-off tracking systems.
  • Certification in HR management or related field.
