What You'll Do
- Own and scale omni-channel paid marketing strategies across D2C and B2B audiences.
- Lead the development and execution of targeted outreach campaigns to enhance member acquisition.
- Design and implement testing roadmaps including ad creative, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, maintaining dashboards and producing actionable insights for optimization.
- Identify partnership opportunities across all channels to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Manage budgets and targets, providing visibility on attribution and unit economics.
- Support content and referral tactics while nurturing a growth mindset across product and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns at scale.
- Proven track record of optimizing campaigns for performance across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Tableau/Looker, and other reporting tools.
- Experience managing budgets and performance reporting across large campaigns.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth startup environment and manage multiple priorities.
