About the Role
We are looking for a Remote Customer Success Operations Manager to join our innovative team at Federato. As a Remote Customer Success Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in designing and scaling the post-sales customer lifecycle, focusing on onboarding, adoption, and value realization.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success leadership to operationalize and enhance the customer lifecycle.
- Own and manage Customer Success systems and data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Define and measure customer value through specific business outcomes, usage metrics, and health scoring.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support retention and expansion efforts.
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current processes and work to scale operations effectively.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Finance teams to align on upsell and renewal strategies.
- Operationalize usage tracking by user persona to enhance engagement and product stickiness.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success or operations management, preferably in a SaaS or InsurTech environment.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and customer success metrics.
- Proven ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience in building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of customer lifecycle management best practices.
