About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Customer Success Digital Programs Manager to join our dynamic team at Mixpanel. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, building, and running digital programs that enhance the customer experience at scale. As a key player in our Customer Success team, you will ensure that our customers receive exceptional support and guidance throughout their journey with Mixpanel.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement digital programs and workflows that support customer onboarding and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success initiatives.
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to continuously improve digital programs and enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage operational processes that facilitate a seamless customer journey and maximize ROI for our clients.
  • Lead the execution of campaigns that promote customer adoption and usage of Mixpanel's analytics platform.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer success, program management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and customers.
  • Proven track record of managing digital programs and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with analytics tools and platforms is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Mixpanel or similar analytics platforms.
