Remote Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Focus

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in the healthcare sector. What You'll Do

• Manage patient intake reviews and appointment scheduling.
• Perform accurate data entry and complete intake forms.
• Contact patients to obtain missing information or additional documentation.
• Upload patient information to the RX portal and coordinate medication submissions.
• Handle patient communications, including FAQs, feedback, and general inquiries.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clear, professional communication with patients and internal teams.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level).
• Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
• Solid organizational and time management skills.
• Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, including CRM and VoIP.
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
• Proactive with keen attention to detail.
• Able to work on a graveyard shift.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Monday.com (CRM).
• Familiarity with RX Portal and FedEx Tracking System.
