Remote Customer Service Representative - Healthcare Focus
About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in the healthcare sector. What You'll Do
- Manage patient intake reviews and appointment scheduling.
- Perform accurate data entry and complete intake forms.
- Contact patients to obtain missing information or additional documentation.
- Upload patient information to the RX portal and coordinate medication submissions.
- Handle patient communications, including FAQs, feedback, and general inquiries.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain clear, professional communication with patients and internal teams.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of proven experience as a Customer Service Representative in a B2C or B2B capacity.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (minimum B2 level).
- Strong phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Tech-savvy and familiar with current technologies, including CRM and VoIP.
- Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office).
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar).
- Proactive with keen attention to detail.
- Able to work on a graveyard shift.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Monday.com (CRM).
- Familiarity with RX Portal and FedEx Tracking System.
