About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Remote Customer Service Agent specializing in Collision & Accidents to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers facing challenges related to vehicle collisions and accidents. Your expertise will help guide them through the claims process, ensuring a seamless experience.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with inquiries related to vehicle collisions and accidents.
• Utilize ticket systems to manage customer requests efficiently.
• Provide clear and concise information regarding claims processes and vehicle repair management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Document interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
• Support customers in navigating our online platforms and tools.
• Engage in continuous learning to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service.
• Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills in both English and German.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with ticket systems and CRM software.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle insurance and repair processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
