About the Role

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Analyze compliance data and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement compliance initiatives and best practices.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in compliance management or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in the mortgage or financial services industry is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with team members.
