Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in compliance management or a related role.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools, including SQL and Python.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

• Experience in the mortgage industry or financial services.
• Knowledge of fair lending regulations and HMDA.
• Familiarity with compliance management software and tools.
