Remote Compliance Analyst - Corporate Compliance

About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Compliance Analyst to join our Corporate Compliance team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our operations adhere to regulatory standards and internal policies. As a Remote Compliance Analyst, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance compliance frameworks and mitigate risks.

What You'll Do

• Conduct compliance audits and assessments to ensure adherence to regulations and policies.
• Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees.
• Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and documentation.
• Monitor changes in regulations and assess their impact on company operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as finance, law, or business administration.
• 2-5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the healthcare or pharmacy benefits industry.
• Knowledge of GAAP and regulatory compliance standards.
• Certifications such as Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or similar.
