What You'll Do

• Educate clients about the financial hardship programs offered by Beyond Finance.
• Assist clients in understanding their options and the value of the services provided.
• Handle inbound calls from clients, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
• Deescalate situations with upset clients, showing empathy and understanding.
• Work closely with at-risk customers to help them realize the benefits of their enrolled program.
• Utilize creative problem-solving skills to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of communications.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to improve service delivery and client experience.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in customer service or client retention roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to empathize with clients facing financial difficulties.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
• Creative problem-solving abilities to address client concerns effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
