What You'll Do

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound prospecting.

• Utilize CRM tools to manage leads and track sales activities effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing market reach.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales technology.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Experience with outbound sales and lead generation techniques.
• Basic understanding of software development concepts and tools such as Python, SQLAlchemy, and REST APIs is a plus.
• Proficiency in presentation skills and customer engagement strategies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
