What You'll Do

• Support brand expression across multiple channels, ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
• Design and iterate using tools like Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, while maintaining organized files and components.
• Create high-quality design assets for web, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Handle production tasks such as prepping print files and exporting web assets.
• Adapt designs for clarity and accessibility across various formats.
• Contribute to a scalable design system by organizing components and templates.
• Help create diagrams and visualizations that simplify complex ideas into intuitive graphics.
• Collaborate effectively in a remote-first environment, sharing progress with a distributed team.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Figma and experience working within a design system.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); motion skills in After Effects are a plus.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, balance, and hierarchy.
• Experience designing landing pages and marketing materials for modern responsive layouts.
• Excellent communication skills, especially in a remote and asynchronous context.
• Strong attention to detail and organized file management.
• Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback thoughtfully.
