What You'll Do

• Manage and administer employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Utilize UKG Pro HRIS to maintain accurate employee records and data integrity.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to identify trends and improve HR processes.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure effective benefits administration and employee support.
• Assist in the recruitment and talent acquisition process, providing analytical insights to improve hiring strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS or benefits administration, preferably with UKG Pro.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data reporting.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations related to employee benefits and HR operations.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills to support employees effectively.
• Experience in project management and process improvement initiatives.

Nice to Have

• Certification in HRIS or benefits management.
• Experience with payroll systems and financial reporting.
