About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Manager - Remote to join our team at Vidalta Residential. This role is pivotal in overseeing multiple properties, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing the living experience for our residents. As a Regional Manager - Remote, you will lead a team of dedicated professionals, driving performance and fostering a culture of high standards and exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Strategically oversee and optimize the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of 6-9 properties.
- Recruit, hire, train, and mentor onsite leadership teams, ensuring they meet performance objectives.
- Develop and manage annual operating budgets, marketing plans, and leasing strategies for each property.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and local laws, including Fair Housing regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and onsite teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in property management, with a focus on regional supervision.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.
- Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi, RealPage, or similar.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.

- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CPM, CAPS).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
