About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Regional Institutional Manager to join our team at Anchorage Digital. This remote position will focus on driving growth and success in the Latin American market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for originating and developing high-value financial institution client relationships while monetizing our innovative products and services.

What You'll Do

  • Originate and close a pipeline of opportunities, particularly in the stablecoin space.
  • Develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and maintain a robust pipeline using our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with various departments to effectively close deals and enhance client experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Anchorage Digital, participating in industry events and building a network of clients.
  • Resolve client issues creatively and adapt to dynamic circumstances.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in B2B institutional sales or relationship management within financial services or digital assets.
  • Strong technical knowledge and passion for stablecoins and banking.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English and regional languages.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and hitting targets.
  • Ability to work autonomously and define priorities to grow and protect revenue.
