As a remote showing agent, you will assist licensed real estate agents by showcasing properties, conducting light inspections, and facilitating open houses. What You'll Do

• Assist licensed real estate agents with property showings, ensuring a seamless experience for potential buyers.
• Conduct light inspection reports and provide feedback to agents.
• Facilitate open houses and engage with clients to answer questions about the properties.
• Utilize electronic lockboxes to access properties and ensure security during showings.
• Schedule and coordinate showings with clients and agents effectively.
• Build and maintain client relationships to enhance future business opportunities.
• Support unlicensed individuals in obtaining their real estate licenses.
• Work independently while being part of a supportive team environment.

Requirements

• Must be a currently licensed real estate agent in the Columbus area.
• Access to the MLS is mandatory for this role.
• Experience in showing homes and familiarity with the local market is essential.
• Ability to use an electronic lockbox for property access.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and agents.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage your schedule effectively.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes as needed.
