About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist - Disability Claims (Remote) to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and accuracy of disability claims processing. You will work closely with various stakeholders to maintain high standards of quality assurance while working remotely.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough quality assurance reviews of disability claims to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with claims processors to identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback.
• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to document findings and generate reports on quality metrics.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills in quality assurance practices.
• Support the development of quality assurance protocols and procedures to improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the healthcare or insurance sector.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with healthcare terminology and disability claims processes.
• Experience with quality assurance standards such as FDA Quality System Regulations and ISO standards is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with manual testing and quality assurance tools like Cypress and Playwright.
• Background in clinical research or healthcare staffing.
• Knowledge of clinical quality assurance practices.
