About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and systematic Project Manager to join our team remotely. As a Project Manager, you will oversee product launches, webinars, and automated marketing funnels, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. What You'll Do

• Manage product launches, overseeing all aspects of administration and execution.
• Coordinate team efforts by assigning tasks to departments such as technical, marketing, and copywriting, while tracking deadlines and results.
• Optimize processes by supporting and improving workflows and documentation, identifying automation opportunities.
• Plan and organize team calendars, breaking down large goals into actionable tasks, and participating in organizational events.
• Engage with partners through research on potential collaborations, preparing materials, and organizing offline events (approximately once a year).
• Conduct business analytics by addressing ad-hoc research tasks, analyzing niches, and preparing summaries.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Business Assistant in the information business sector, particularly with webinars, product launches, and funnels.
• Proactive and systematic mindset, with the ability to identify areas for process improvement and propose solutions.
• Confident use of AI tools (such as ChatGPT and Gemini) for task optimization.
• Strong communication and tactfulness, with the ability to negotiate firmly yet gently with team members and partners.
• Responsibility and adaptability, with a calm and constructive approach to feedback, and a sense of humor in team interactions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in the EdTech sector or online education.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
