Project Manager - iGaming Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic iGaming team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that processes are streamlined and teams work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do

• Manage cross-functional projects in iGaming, including slots, live casino, bonus mechanics, and back-office modules.
• Plan and control project timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
• Coordinate development, analytics, marketing, design teams, and external providers.
• Maintain project documentation such as roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and status reports.
• Monitor task completion in Jira, facilitate sprints, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Track project progress and escalate blockers in a timely manner.
• Participate in launching new features, markets, and integrations while considering GEO and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize processes and enhance collaboration between teams.
• Ensure quality project implementation and adherence to the agreed scope.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in iGaming, gambling, or betting.
• Experience managing IT or digital projects with multiple teams.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience in managing timelines, resources, and priorities.
• Skills in risk management, dependencies, and requirement changes.
• Experience collaborating with product, technical, and marketing teams.
• Understanding of the iGaming industry and regulatory constraints is a significant plus.
• Proficiency in English and Russian (B1+); knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
