Project Manager - iGaming Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with a focus on iGaming to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all aspects of project management are executed efficiently. This Project Manager role offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the iGaming industry.

What You'll Do

• Manage cross-functional projects in iGaming, including slots, live casino, bonus mechanics, and back-office modules.
• Plan and control project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate development, analytics, marketing, design teams, and external providers to achieve project goals.
• Maintain project documentation such as roadmaps, backlogs, requirements, and status reports.
• Oversee task execution in Jira, facilitate sprints, and manage risks and dependencies.
• Monitor project progress and escalate blockers in a timely manner.
• Participate in launching new features, markets, and integrations while considering GEO and regulatory requirements.
• Optimize processes and improve collaboration between teams to enhance project outcomes.
• Ensure quality implementation of projects and adherence to the agreed scope.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in iGaming, gambling, or betting.
• Experience managing IT or digital projects with multiple teams.
• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
• Proven skills in managing timelines, resources, and priorities effectively.
• Ability to handle risks, dependencies, and changing requirements.
• Experience collaborating with product, technical, and marketing teams.
• Understanding of the iGaming industry and regulatory constraints is a significant plus.
• Fluency in English and Russian (B1+); knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience in remote project management.
• Familiarity with project management certifications.
• Previous experience in launching iGaming products.
