Program Manager - SAP AMS Focus (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Manager - SAP AMS to lead and oversee end-to-end application support and service delivery for our enterprise clients. This Program Manager remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with large global teams on digital transformation journeys for Fortune 1000 organizations.

What You'll Do

• Manage large-scale AMS programs, ensuring SLAs are met and driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality IT services.
• Oversee the delivery of SAP AMS, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
• Maintain service quality and availability in adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP AMS services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships through regular performance reviews and feedback collection.
• Identify opportunities for system improvements and enhancements to optimize client business operations.
• Monitor and manage team performance, providing guidance and implementing performance metrics.

Requirements

• Relevant service delivery experience in Managed Services for SAP systems (S4HANA and/or ECC).
• Experience in a people management role with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of business needs and ability to manage services in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of SLAs, OLAs, and contracts in insourced or outsourced environments.
• Ideally possess SAP S4HANA, IT Service Management, and Project Management certifications.
• Experience with Agile and Lean process methodology preferred.
• ITIL certification or experience in ITIL-based service management is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SAP Solution Manager or other service management tools.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform).
• PMP or other project management certifications.
