About the Role

What You'll Do

• Plan, schedule, and monitor the production cycle from engineering plans and production specifications.
• Coordinate production plans to ensure timely material availability and oversee master schedules.
• Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics departments to maintain a seamless workflow.
• Analyze production specifications to maximize output and adjust schedules as needed.
• Create and submit performance reports that interpret data on production progress.
• Collaborate with quality control and warehouse staff to uphold high standards throughout the production process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 5 years of experience in production planning or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
