Production Manager - Concrete Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager for Concrete Operations to oversee our projects in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Production Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our concrete production meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This position requires a blend of leadership, operational coordination, and effective communication skills, making it a vital role in our construction team.

What You'll Do

• Oversee production across multiple concrete job sites and crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and sequencing in partnership with Project Managers to optimize workflow.
• Monitor schedules, productivity, and quality standards across all active projects, ensuring timely completion.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between field teams, project managers, and leadership to facilitate smooth operations.
• Review and submit daily reports, production tracking, and field documentation using company systems.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, safety compliance, and crew performance.
• Identify and resolve production issues that may impact schedule, cost, or quality.
• Support the implementation and adoption of field technology and reporting tools to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in concrete construction or related field operations.
• Experience overseeing multiple crews or job sites is preferred.
• Strong understanding of concrete methods, sequencing, and equipment.
• Comfortable using construction technology, including daily reports and scheduling tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and job specifications.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; OSHA 30 certification preferred.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
