Product Manager - Natural Beverages (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to join our team at Biotta, a leading company in the natural beverage industry. This Product Manager remote position offers the opportunity to shape the future of organic products while working with a dedicated team of around 60 employees. What You'll Do

• Lead innovation projects in collaboration with product development for retail, specialty markets, and gastronomy.
• Ensure profitable growth in the assigned product range in close collaboration with the sales team.
• Develop and implement marketing measures to achieve set goals in the managed product area.
• Strategically advance the product range and identify market and innovation potentials based on market data, competitor analyses, trend reports, and customer feedback.
• Actively observe the market and analyze competition, innovations, and consumer trends.
• Be responsible for budget compliance and cost control within assigned projects and product ranges.
• Lead interfaces to sales, export, production, and purchasing departments.
• Actively participate in the organization and attendance at trade fairs and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• Initial professional experience in product management, ideally in a manufacturing company within the Food & Beverage sector.
• Good knowledge of the Swiss consumer goods market and current consumer and customer trends.
• Experience in cross-departmental project management.
• High flexibility, resilience, and analytical and conceptual thinking.
• Strong organizational skills and a team-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong affinity for organic products.
