What You'll Do

  • Support the strategy and roadmap for enhancing the New User Experience, focusing on user lifecycle and multi-product discovery.
  • Analyze activation funnels and dashboards to identify user drop-off points and propose data-driven solutions.
  • Write clear product requirements and user stories, collaborating with Engineering and Design teams to improve user flows.
  • Run A/B tests throughout the user lifecycle, interpreting results to inform future strategies.
  • Work closely with adjacent teams to ensure activation experiences are cohesive and high quality.
  • Contribute to operational excellence for services related to new user incentives and notifications.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product management or related fields, particularly in consumer products.
  • Experience with user funnels, including signup and onboarding processes.
  • Comfort with data analysis and experimentation, including A/B testing.
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex problems.
  • Interest in crypto and financial products, with a desire to learn about the user ecosystem.
