About the Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Product & Logistics Manager - Ethical Fashion (Freelancer) - Remote to join our innovative team at Eva Travel. In this remote position, you will develop and deliver purpose-driven products in the ethical fashion sector, focusing on scalable and responsible collections. This role offers the flexibility of freelance or fixed contract based on your profile, allowing you to work from anywhere while occasionally traveling to workshops and suppliers in Portugal.

What You'll Do

• Lead textile R&D initiatives and coordinate product development efforts.
• Manage sourcing of materials and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Work on obtaining relevant certifications such as GOTS and B Corp.
• Optimize production costs, timelines, and quality to ensure efficiency.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for logistics processes.
• Focus on strategic growth and impact within the fashion industry.
• Collaborate with a passionate and innovative team on impactful projects.
• Utilize your negotiation skills to enhance supplier management.

Requirements

• Experience in textile product development, production, or supply chain management.
• Fluent in Portuguese and possess a good level of French.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel for data management.
• Strong skills in structuring processes, including SOPs and quality control.
• Knowledge of certifications like GOTS or B Corp is a plus.
• Demonstrated autonomy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
• A strategic vision and a keen interest in impactful projects.
