About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer remote to join our team at FanDuel, working on our Flywheel Product organization. This role is perfect for a designer who is ready to help us deliver new features and enhance existing experiences that our customers love. As a Product Designer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring we meet both user and business needs to the highest standards.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for product features and enhancements, including discovery, ideation, prototyping, execution, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define problem spaces, inform prioritization, and shape roadmaps with a user-first perspective.
  • Translate research and data insights into design decisions that balance user value and business outcomes.
  • Craft thoughtful, intuitive UI with strong attention to interaction, hierarchy, accessibility, and responsiveness across devices.
  • Partner with engineering to ensure designs are built to spec, resolving implementation details, and providing assets/documentation as needed.
  • Prototype and visualize ideas with clarity—ranging from early explorations to polished concepts for stakeholder and executive presentations.
  • Collaborate with analytics and researcher teams to analyze findings and inform design direction.
  • Help strengthen FanDuel’s design systems and promote consistency, scalability, and cohesion across surfaces and features.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates ownership of end-to-end product design workflows across platforms.
  • Proven ability to independently manage and deliver moderately complex design projects, from discovery through execution.
  • Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, layout, information architecture, and accessibility best practices.
  • Proficiency in using Figma and other modern design tools to create scalable, system-driven experiences.
  • Clear and confident communicator—able to present design rationale, advocate for users, and align teams around shared goals.
  • Experience contributing to or evolving a design system, with an understanding of how to maintain consistency across a product ecosystem.

Nice to Have

  • Interest in sports and horse racing, or experience designing for sports platforms is valued, but not required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range of $94,000 - $117,500 per year.
  • Generous paid time off (PTO & sick leave) and 14 paid company holidays.
  • 401(k) matching program with up to a 5% match.
  • Comprehensive health plans that include mental health support and fitness benefits.
  • Annual bonus and long-term incentive opportunities based on performance.
  • Flexible work environment with the option for remote work.
