Product Designer - Cloud Services (Remote Opportunities)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Product Designer to join our global team in Japan. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our cloud services. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, allowing you to balance remote work with in-office collaboration. What You'll Do

• Design and develop user-friendly interfaces for our cloud services, ensuring an optimal user experience across both PC and mobile platforms.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to define product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct user research and prototyping to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
• Engage in team-based development projects, contributing your expertise to create new products and services.
• Assist in UI reviews and implementation, ensuring alignment with design standards and user needs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in product design, particularly in team-based development projects.
• Strong alignment with the company philosophy and a keen interest in our products.
• Experience in developing customizations and plugins for kintone or Garoon is a plus.
• Consulting experience in IT projects or system development is preferred.
• Familiarity with web development technologies such as TypeScript and React is advantageous.
• Business-level proficiency in English is required; Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2) is essential.
