About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Monitor process performance indices on qualified processes and establish good controls to maintain process performance.
  • Troubleshoot out-of-control situations and process issues, lot disposition, and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with equipment, integration, and manufacturing engineers and external customers to meet module objectives.
  • Establish and maintain a robust audit system for ISO requirements, including internal and QA audits on process documentation.
  • Assist engineering in short-term problem-solving and long-term continuous improvement for yield enhancement and cost-saving projects.
  • Support Production and Engineering runs in the production line.

Requirements

  • Higher NITEC in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering) or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the semiconductor/wafer fab manufacturing industry with technical expertise in Final Inspection Testing.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential.
  • Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment and on rotating shifts.
  • Candidates without relevant industry experience but willing to pursue a new career development goal in a new industry are welcome to apply.
