Post Listing Research and Account Manager - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Post Listing Research and Account Manager to join our team at Binance, the world's leading cryptocurrency exchange. What You'll Do
- Handle incidents by supporting projects during major events such as security breaches and exchange collapses.
- Conduct thorough research and risk management by reviewing the performance of listed tokens.
- Utilize both quantitative and qualitative metrics to assess product adoption, on-chain metrics, and community sentiments.
- Identify risks associated with tokens and recommend measures to mitigate these risks.
- Evaluate requests from listed projects for rebranding, mainnet integration, and token swaps.
- Write concise reports detailing risks identified, requests, and incidents.
- Onboard new listings by gathering key information and preparing for trading.
- Liaise with all parties to facilitate operational requests from listed tokens, such as airdrops and cross-chain swaps.
Requirements
- 5-9 years of proven success in research or consulting roles.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify root causes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry.
- Self-starter with a drive to evaluate risks and rewards effectively.

- Experience in blockchain technology and digital asset management.
- Familiarity with risk assessment frameworks.
