What You'll Do

• Support projects during major incidents, including security breaches and market disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on Binance and its users.
• Conduct thorough reviews of the performance of listed tokens, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative metrics to assess their viability.
• Identify risks associated with tokens and recommend actionable measures to mitigate these risks.
• Evaluate requests from listed projects, including rebranding and integration processes, and provide concise reports on findings.
• Onboard new listings by gathering essential information and preparing for trading operations.
• Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate operational requests from listed tokens, such as airdrops and cross-chain swaps.
• Drive initiatives aimed at improving risk detection and mitigation processes within the organization.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of proven success in research or consulting, with a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency landscape.
• Critical thinking skills to grasp key principles and identify root causes of issues.
• Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to evaluate risks and rewards effectively.
